Amit Agrawal is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since October 2020. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from K.S. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad, in January 1998. He also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the USA. He is currently the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Jindal Worldwide Limited. He has about 22 years of experience in the textile industry.
Dr. Yamunadutt Agrawal is a Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad. He has about 40 years of experience in the textile industry and is also the Chairman of Jindal Worldwide Limited. Over the years, he has held several important positions, including Chairman of the Textile Committee of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce, Executive Member of the Expert Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Textiles, President of The Ahmedabad Textile Processors’ Association for eight years, and Honorary Secretary of the Advisory Board of the Textile Committee of Gujarat. He is currently the Chairman of Agrasen Foundation and Maharaja Agrasen Vidhyalaya and has represented the Government of Gujarat at international summits in the UK, China, Italy, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Dharmil Raval is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since January, 2026. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University in 2012. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since April, 2017 and is a law graduate from 2021. He has around 6 years of professional experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory affairs.
Tanvi Solanki is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since January, 2026. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saurashtra University in 2012. She has been a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since November 2017. She has around 4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, company law matters, and operations in IFSC, NBFC, and stockbroking sectors.
Moti Dhabi is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since December, 2025. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University in February 2015 and later completed his law degree from Gujarat University in 2017. He has around 6 years of experience in the legal field and was earlier associated with Candour Legal, a law firm in Ahmedabad. He is appoint as Independent Director Since May 2024 in VELOX SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS LIMITED.
